Our Support Team is dedicated to helping drivers with local VTC mod installation, custom skinpacks, plugins, job dispatcher tools, and technical Discord support. Whenever a technical issue arises, our team is ready to step in and fix it.
Assisting drivers with downloading, installing, and configuring official NextGear paint jobs, local modpacks, and game telemetry plugins.
Providing guidance on job logging systems, dispatcher software, and TruckersMP integration issues to make tracking cargo smooth.
Managing role permissions, bot integrations, ticket assistance, and general troubleshooting for community members across all systems.
